Cheif Keef avoids jail

Even though cheif keef's debut album "Finally Rich" only sold 50,000 copies its first week, the Chicago born rapper has something to smile about today...a juvenile court judge denied prosecutors request that keef be arrested for failing to inform his probation officer of his move to Northbrook which is 30 minutes from Chicago. After hearing testimony from keef's probation officer, the judge concluded that prosecutors didn't present "any credible evidence" to defend their claim. This is a victory for keef but he's not out the dog house yet...authorities are still after him for potentially violating his probation during a interview with Pitchfork Media which was held at a gun range, and his twitter is under investigation after postings of jokes about the death of rival rapper Joseph "lil jojo" Coleman over the summer.
