Whitney Houston was murdered?
According to private investigator Paul Huebl who said Houston's death, which was originally ruled a accidental drowning contributed to by a heart disease and cocaine use, was actually a drug related homicide. "I have evidence that points to Whitney being a victim of high powered drug dealers who sent thugs to collect a huge debt she owed for drugs." The private investigator also said that Houston's body showed signs of defensive wounds "that would occurred while she was still battling for her life." Huebl said two unidentified men kept showing up to hotel where Houston was staying at the time of her death. He said one or both were caught on video entering her room during the 45 minutes she was alone before being discovered by her bodyguard. He also said the day before she died Houston was overheard says "I'm tired of this sh*t" after receiving a cocaine delivery. Huebl said she uttered the statement because she was being harassed for a supposed $1.5 million drug debt. Houston's sister-in-law Pat originally claimed that the singer was killed, saying she "had no idea how she got in the tub" Pat Houston later took back that statement that the superstats death was a murder conspiracy. via gossipwelove.com

A Giant Disappointing Season
After winning the superbowl last season the New York Giants will not even be in the playoffs this season. Why? Where do I start? Maybe I can start with lack luster play from our defense (at all three levels), maybe I can go with injuries, or Tom Coughlin, who seemed a little soft this season on the gmen or better yet the inconsistencies of Eli Manning. Regardless of what the reason may be we just didn't play Giant football at all this season! Starting off with a loss to Dallas, losing to philly in week 4, winning 4 straight gms just to lose 5 of the last 8. In week 15 we were shut out by Atlanta (34-0) and blown out by Baltimore in week 16 (33-14). Eli Manning finishes the season with 3,740 pass yds, 21 TD, 15 INT (mediocre) and a passer rating of 83.6. Hakeem Nicks missed time with injuries to his foot and knee, he had 53rec for 692yds and 3TD's after recording 1192yds, 76rec 7TD's last season Victor Cruz receiving yds took a hit from last season as defenses had a season of tape on him, last season he had 82rec 1536recyds and 9TD's. This season he had the same amount of receptions and TD's, but fell in yds w/ 1,040. But to me the giants didn't succeed for 2 reasons, lack of focus and the defense formerly known as the real giants defense. The defense (our backbone) played uninspiring football all season. With only 32 sacks this season (the team had 48 sacks last season). Our team goes as our front four goes and we just didn't go at all. JPP w/ 16.5 sacks last season only racked a whopping 6.5 this yr. while the secondary had the same amount of INT'S as last season (20) I saw this secondary get beat beat beat and beat! Corey Webster should study some coverage books this off season because he was picked on all this year. The Giants finish 2012 at 9-7 which is extremely disappointing and I hope the guys upstairs are looking, and don't pull a new york jets...let's put better talent on the field next season and go get number 5 in franchise history.

That has only happened once before (knicks vs bobcats in Dec, 2004) Jamal Crawford had 41pts, Nazr Muhammed 17rebs, and Stephon Marbury w/ 11 assists but in a losing effort. The Dallas Mavericks had a double digit point lead in the 4th with under 8 minutes to go and KD hit a 3 pointer to cut it to 7 and led OKC back to take the lead but Darron Collison hit a off balanced 3 pointer as time expired to send the game into overtime. The overtime loss extends to Mavericks overtime losing streak to 8 gms, they loss their last 3 OT gms at the end of last season and are 0-5 this season. Even though Kevin Durant had 40 he was shut out in the OT period and went 0-3 so Russell Westbrook stepped up and took over in the last 5 minutes scoring 8pts on 3-4 shooting, he finished w/ 16pts 10 assist. Serge Ibaka played major w/ 19pts and 17rebs with 8 of those rebounds being the offensive type, and added 5 of the Thunders 13blks. Also with a great contribution from Kevin Martin (18pts, 7rebs) the thunder stands strong at 22-6.

The NBA suspended heat guard Dwayne Wade fot 1 gm for kicking Bobcats guard Raman Session groin Wednesday in Charlotte. Even though he'll miss the detroit pistons game tonight (Miami should still dominate) the soon to be 31 year old could actually use the rest playing 34, 38, and 37 minutes in his last 3 gms. Back to the "kick", when I first saw the play it looked accidental, but as I look closer it seems like he tried to "lift" his leg into the groin area after a intentional foul. My New York Giants
As a fan of the New York Giants I'm ashamed of the giants play in these past couple of weeks, really this whole season outside of big win against Green Bay and San Francisco. To me it seems they have thrown in the towel, waved the white flag, the fat lady is singing high notes! I should of seen the signs earlier in the season when they lost 33-13 to The Cincinnati Bengals, I saw quit, lack of focus and lack of metal stamina...Losing 34-0 to the falcons was a disgrace! The Atlanta Falcons just punched us in the mouth and knocked us out in the 1st Quarter in witch we've never recovered from, not to mention 2 1st Quarter INT'S from Elite Eli, and just this Sunday losing 33-14 to the Baltimore Ravens at a point when the Ravens was not playing well at the time and have them not only beat them but stomped them! The Giants use to be a team that can go on the road and win big games (not this season) The only difference between the New York Jets and The New York Giants is at the beginning of the season the giants played well and put some good personnel on the field but at the end of the day they gave up. I've fought for The Giants forever, and I've done the same for Eli Manning but Eli's inconsistencies on top of the defensive line getting absolutely nowhere near the type of pressure they got on QB'S last season killed us, and my god don't let me start on that secondary and Corey Webster burnt like toast self! As a Giants fan I know there is still a chance that we can make it to the playoffs this season but honestly, we don't deserve it...we need to start from scratch next season and develop some metal toughness and mental stamina

Patrick Allocco says he was kidnapped in December 2011 in Angola because Nas failed to show up for a New Year's Eve concert after being paid 300 stacks for it. Even though the Knicks lost last night to the Chicago Bulls, I like the fight I saw in them all night. With Carmelo Anthony being the first to be ejected soon followed coach Mike Woodson and center Tyson Chandler with JR Smith fouling out the Knicks had little offense but kept fighting. On another note, Steve Novak and Tyson Chandler combined for 4 field goal attempts. The Chicago Bulls allowed JR Smith and Carmelo Anthony shoot but locked in on the role players and took away the 3pt shot. Raymond Felton didn't even have a assist until 4:39 left in the 4th quarter as the Bulls also did a great job at taking away the pick and roll offense. Even with though the referees seem to be calling a unfair game, the fight the Knicks showed me in the 4th quarter made me proud to be a Knicks fan...I also love that the fans stayed all the way through.

During the court hearing, the judge asked Evelyn if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order ... to which she replied, "No."
The judge also asked if she was afraid of Chad ... and she also replied, "No."
The judge granted Evelyn's request.
Sources connected to Evelyn tell TMZ ... the "Basketball Wives" star isn't sure where the relationship will go, but at the very least, she wants to start talking to him again.

Ex-NBA player Shawne Williams -- a former 1st round draft pick -- was arrested in Tennessee last night for possession of weed and codeine ... and cops believe he may have been trying to sell it.
According to reports, Williams' night went to hell when an officer on a routine patrol claims he smelled marijuana coming from a Porsche Panamera which was parked near a Cricket wireless store.
When the cop approached the car, the person inside -- Williams -- reportedly said, "Officer I ain't gonna lie to you, there's a blunt in the car and some syrup."
The cop searched the car ... and reportedly found a partially smoked blunt, another blunt that hadn't been smoked, and a bottle of codeine cough syrup (for which he did not have a prescription).
According to the Williams' booking sheet, posted on the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office website, the 26-year-old was arrested for possession of weed and codeine with intent to manufacture, deliver or sell.

Throwing dollar bills at a woman (aka MAKING IT RAIN!!!) seems harmless, but it got Trey Songz arrested for assault in New York recently ... TMZ has learned.
Songz (real name Tremaine Neverson) had an album release party on August 21 at a gentleman's club in Queens. According to police, somewhere between 4:00 and 4:15 AM on the 22nd, Trey became involved in an altercation inside the club.
Cops described the incident this way in the criminal complaint: "Tremaine Neverson, did throw a sum of United States currency at the complainant and said sum of United States currency struck the complainant's left eye causing substantial pain to her left eye."
It is unclear if the woman in question was ... how do we say this nicely ... a stripper.
Songz was not arrested that night, but rather a month later for misdemeanor assault. Songz had a court date in NY on November 1 and an order of protection was issued. He is due back in court in February.
We reached out to a rep for Songz, but have yet to hear back.

TMZ broke the story ... A$AP -- real name Rakim Mayers -- was arrested following the fight, during which A$AP allegedly attacked two men for snapping pics of him ... while he was involved in a verbal altercation with another person.
According to the complaint, A$AP attempted to grab the camera during the melee -- which is where the larceny charge comes from.
In addition to the larceny charge, A$AP was charged with attempted robbery in the 2nd degree and assault -- but the robbery and assault charges were dropped in exchange for A$AP's guilty plea.
A$AP was sentenced to 3 days community service. He was also ordered to pay a $250 fine and stay out of trouble until his next court date in February.

the patriots are scary, i had baltimore coming out of the AFC in the beginning of the season (before ray lewis injury) then i picked houston for about a week then i went with denver.
