Matt Leinart say he deserves to be the starting quarterback this sunday as the raiders visit the San Diego Chargers in the season finale for both teams but head coach Dennis Allen thinks otherwise saying "I've decided to go with Terrelle Pryor as our starter on Sunday." Carlson Palmer is out with a rib injury.
