The 39 year old rap star Nasir "Nas" Jones was hospitalized over the weekend and put on bed rest after his release after suffering from Vertigo. Vertigo is a balance disorder and results in lightheadedness and dizziness, the side effects are nausea and vomiting. He took to twitter to tell his fans "peace yall. I'm out of the ER & doin alright. I'm on bed rest for a few. Apologies to everyone @ Live w/ Kelly and Michael. I'll make it up."
