SMMFH......this is why bey will forever be #1 in my book. This cover is so elegant and lady like yet so seductive and sexy. Mrs. Carter has been pretty busy recently just one year after the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy, she's set to perform at halftime of the biggest game of the year (superbowl 47) and has a documentary airing on HBO. This cover is definitely a 10!
